Micro needle holder with spring-loaded handles (no ring closures) and ultra-fine jaws — designed by Ramón Castroviejo (1904–1987, New York / Madrid) for ophthalmic microsurgery. In reconstructive urology it is used for microsurgical vasovasostomy, vasoepididymostomy, and fine urethral work with 8-0 to 10-0 suture.
