Contributions​

  • Distal urethral polypropylene sling outcomes (2003). Prospectively evaluated stress incontinence outcomes after distal urethral polypropylene sling surgery using patient-reported symptoms, bother, and quality of life.3
  • Transvaginal paravaginal repair for high-grade cystocele (2005). Described a transvaginal paravaginal repair addressing central and lateral cystocele defects with a concomitant suburethral sling.4
  • Adipose-derived cells for lower urinary tract reconstruction (2005). Coauthored an animal pilot study showing survival and smooth-muscle incorporation of human adipose-derived cells injected into bladder and urethra.5
  • MAPP research on urologic chronic pelvic pain (2014). Served as an investigator in the NIH-funded MAPP network studying bladder pain and other urologic chronic pelvic pain syndromes.6
