  • Patient-centered goals after pelvic reconstructive surgery (2006). Led a 1-year follow-up of 70 women in which lower goal achievement was associated with falling satisfaction, and urgency incontinence (56% after surgery, 44% de novo) was the most common reason for dissatisfaction.4
  • Tamsulosin to prevent urinary retention after prolapse surgery (2021). Senior author of a multicenter double-blind trial of 119 women in which a 10-day perioperative course of tamsulosin 0.4 mg lowered postoperative urinary retention from 25.8% with placebo to 8.8%.6
