Contributions​

Satyagraha's cited work covers anastomotic urethroplasty for traumatic stricture, non-transecting bulbar urethroplasty and buccal graft resurfacing for recurrent penile adhesions. He has returned to Manila each year since 2017 to teach reconstructive urology workshops, and the Philippine Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons made him an honorary fellow in 2022.47

  • Excision and primary anastomosis for traumatic urethral stricture (2025). Led a 10-year single-surgeon series of 89 men at Saiful Anwar General Hospital, three-quarters after pelvic fracture urethral injury: excision and primary anastomosis succeeded in 91%, and only time to surgery remained associated with recurrence on multivariate analysis.3
  • Non-transecting bulbar urethroplasty (2024). Senior author of the atlas chapter on the non-transecting bulbar technique.8 Cited on WARWIKI: Non-Transecting Bulbar Urethroplasty.
  • The buccal belt (2022). Coauthored a six-institution series of 31 men treated with subcoronal circumferential buccal mucosal graft resurfacing for recurrent penile adhesions; none had recurrence at a mean follow-up of 27 months.9 Cited on WARWIKI: Glans Resurfacing.
