Penile Inversion Urethroplasty

Penile inversion urethroplasty inverts the penis through a perineal incision to provide direct access to the penile urethral lumen from a perineal approach. This technique avoids circumcising skin incisions and reduces penile skin complications. It is most applicable to bulbo-penile junction or mid-penile strictures in patients where a perineal approach is preferred.
