Single-Stage Prepucial Flap Urethroplasty
The single-stage prepucial flap urethroplasty harvests inner prepucial skin as a pedicled island flap rather than a tube, applying it as an onlay to the opened urethral plate. This avoids the higher complication rates of tubularization while still utilizing the well-vascularized prepucial tissue. It is suitable for moderate-length penile urethral strictures in uncircumcised patients with healthy foreskin.
