Y-V Plasty

Cystotomy with Y-shaped incision at the bladder neck, advanced and closed in a V-configuration to widen the outlet. Applicable robotically or open; widely used for moderate bladder neck contracture (BNC) or vesicourethral anastomotic stricture (VUAS) with adequate proximal tissue. Reported success ~75%.
